In this paper a global classification of generalized homogeneous spaces with compact exceptional shift groups is given. The main result consists of two theorems. One of them is assumed as a basis for an algorithm permitting the global description for a wide class of spaces using the local classification due to A. S. Fedenko [Spaces with symmetries (Russian) (1977; Zbl 0463.53034).
