File upload request declined. The file is copyrighted and not free. The page you have linked does not appear to be promotional material or a press kit, and the only licensing I was able to find was 'All Rights Reserved' at the bottom of the page. Additionally, upon my interpretation of the first non free content rationale, this fails fair use as a free image could be created in the future. However, upon a quick Google search, there does not appear to any freely licensed files that could replace it at this time. In that case, I am declining this request but I am waiting to mark this discussion as closed for a week to allow for comments and review by the requestor, other users and reviewers. Hi LemonSlushie, thanks for taking the time to review this upload.I'm curious as to your interpretation of promotional material, being that the photo is from a webpage by the subject's talent agency to promote (or represent) the subject's past and current work and encourages viewers (or potential casting directors) to contact the agency for any queries. What would this be classified as?

Hmm, that does complicate things. Since I am unsure on what exactly this falls under, and since this is such a complex situation, I will make a post at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions to get a second opinion on whether or not fair use applies to this image.
