Delete both. Both are subdivisions/housing developments that lack significant coverage. The latter appears to also be called "Dearing Park": [1][2]. All newspaper results for either spelling are real estate classifieds like [3] and [4]. Reywas92^Talk 06:53, 7 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
