Before it came to power in 2012, SNS gained prominence and popularity due to its anti-corruption promises and for connecting corruption with low economic growth.[1] It declared combating corruption as one of its main issues.[2]

Domestic and regional issues

Upon its establishment, SNS denounced Greater Serbia and has tried to position itself as a "state-building party".[3][4]

Foreign policies

Upon its establishment, SNS expressed its support for the accession of Serbia to the European Union.[2][5]
