As I read the bill, if the Executive is formed on Monday 21 October, then the larger part of the bill's clauses to not apply, the article says that it must be by 21 October (apparently not allowing 21 October).Naraht (talk) 02:28, 20 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Hi, I've reviewed this page. The neutrality and empty section tags were already there. As far as I can see, the empty section is the only issue, whoever placed the neutrality tag did not elucidate on the talk page, so for its removal please look for it in the edit history and discuss it with them below. Other than that, this looks ready..

Not sure why there is a NPOV maintenance tage here, placed by @LongIslandThomist914:. I have removed the tag per WP:MTR and WP:TC. If there is an issue, please re-tag the article and write the exact reason why you think it is biased (Don't do "drive-by" tagging). Please remember, the article being biased is different to the act being biased - Wikipedia is here simply to accurately report the Act, regardless of personal belief on the matter.
