Motivation
This property can represent the person is a permanent resident of a country which may be different from the country of citizenship (P27). This is useful formost of the Koreans in Japan (Q533312), Hongkongers (Q1142927) and green card (Q6676995) holders etc. QBear (talk) 19:26, 4 June 2018 (UTC)
