• Alan Montagu Stuart Wortley [30], Alan Montagu-Stuart-Wortley, 5th Earl of Wharncliffe (Q26321453) meant by date of entering House of Lords, date of birth just wrong
• Thomas Greer [31] has the wrong death date, by confusion with Thomas Greer (Q7790180). The MP for Carrickfergus was father of Thomas Macgregor Greer (1868–1941) the Trinity Hall graduate (ACAD); and I think we can rule out the father being born in 1853. http://www.thepeerage.com/p20942.htm#i209414 is credible about this.
• William Holmes [32] (duplicate page) gives date of death 1861; History of Parliament 1851 [33].
• Samuel Dickson [34]: according to enWP he sat for Limerick County, not Limerick City.
• Samuel Stawell [35] is presumably Sampson Stawell (1785–1849) as found in the History of Parliament [36].
• John Gregson [37] makes what is according to the History of Parliament [38] an erroneous identification with John Gregson (1805-1879) of Burdon and Murton, Durham, barrister.
• James Baillie [39] is possibly spurious, as MP for Linlithgowshire 1832 to 1835. The History of Parliament page [40] for Alexander Hope (Q3012172) states that he was MP for this one-member constituency to the dissolution of parliament at the end of 1834.
• George Robinson [41], date of death is 1909 not 1900, as referenced to ODNB in George Robinson, 1st Marquess of Ripon (Q333111).
• Grizel St Clair (Q26718784) [42] seems to be a claimant to an attaindered peerage; she was never actually a member of the Lords
