This is the 3rd year we visited this resort and the pace of renovation is too slow. The resort is very outdated and has been a little bit updated in 2019 but not enough.
Staff quality improved a bit but far from a resort experience level. Made a reservation for a massage and waited half an hour without the woman showing up. How not service minded!
My recommendation is to look for another place to spend your vacation as this one definitely does not deserve your money.

In 2020 we had a good part closed due to the pandemic and now in May 2021 we also closed and took the opportunity to carry out a major renovation. It was general, structure, systems, team and services, everything was evaluated and revised, needed a change to update with the market and so we are renewed today. Your feedback was very important for us, hard work but it was really worth it as we are happy with the results. Come visit us again, or if you are here, pay us a visit, as you have been here many times and are special to us. excellent relaxing resort with lovely staff and clean and confortable, breakfast, meals and dinners well served with delicious dishes from the Brazilian caribean, Bahia cuisuine, is a nice place for family relax, I give a five star for Arcobaleno

When I told to my friend from a tour agency that I was going to Villaggio Arcobaleno she told me it was a bad choice, because the hotel is old. But I liked the location and by the photos I thought my family would have a good time there. In fact the resort surprised me. A renovation is under way and the resort area is huge and wonderful, with lots of trees and flowers. It is not a luxury hotel but it is quite comfortable. The rooms are large with a small balcony, and have been renovated. The high point of the resort are the attendants, in all areas: they are very helpful and kind. Special thanks to Roberto Villa, operational manager, for his kindness. Luckily I did not listen to my friend.

Villaggio arcobaleno
Regular hotel. Poor buffet food. They booked us in room 331 just side of an electrical generator that they started 3 hours every day and it made a lot of noise. I had to ask three times to finally get to change our room. The water in the swimming pool was too hot

We couldn't be happier with the choice of Hotel.
The location is great the beach is fantastic the food amazing and the staff well trained and efficient.
We loved the pool area as well.
The wifi is probably the only low point the signal is not strong enough.
It is located next to the most famous spot on the beach called Axe Moi.
