I can’t say better things about this hotel. The beauty,ambiance, service, accommodations, food and beverage ( Leandro a the pool bar makes one of the best caipirinhasi I have ever drank. The breakfast is something else. The management is amazing as of all the employees.
I highly recommend hotel Buona Vitta Gramado. I have no doubt me and my family will become regulars!

We really loved our stay here at the hotel. The place is simply spectacular! The hotel staff is very friendly, especially the service provided by Rafael (the concierge) has been phenomenal! We are a big family with 3 young kids so travelling can be challenging sometimes, but Rafael made us feel like home. We will definitively return in the future ti this amazing place.

An outstanding place to stay. Very warm, comfy, cozy, well located and brand new (completed 2 years in Jul 2023). Amazing staff, from reception to room services. Amazing indoor pool area for all ages, with bathrobes and towels for our usage. Cozy sheets and beds.. no words to express the amazing shower they have on rooms. The Italian restaurant inside the hotel is fantastic with various types of food for all ages. Breakfast is a complete feast, and even considering the high season and crowed, NOTHING, absolutely nothing was missing at any time. The only point for observation and improvement is the VALET services. I particularly did not have any problem with, but I've seen a lot of complaints about the availability of their car.

4 good staff plates timing were a bit wrong we got main while eating starter’s. Cleber was really nice and kind. The food was really good, the drinks as well. The desert was amazing!! I recommend! Just the review is a bit annoying cause you must write 200 characters minimum

The staff were super friendly. Iago was very helpful and he ensured that our stay was very comfortable. As a foreigner it was very helpful as many people spoke English. The hotel has soo many facilities, swimming pool, jacuzzi, play station, play area for kids agewise. 100percent satisfied with the stay
