Avoid… per other website reviews this hotel will repeatedly cancel reservations without warning over WhatsApp claiming issues with bank / credit card.

The reality is that this hotel over books rooms and then claims no rooms are available at original price. They will then offer a new ‘special’ rate which is significantly more expensive than the one originally booked or suggest that you stay at an inferior ‘partner’ hotel.

Seems they have a track record of treating would be customers / guests like this - I wish I had read reviews on other websites outlining their identical experiences before wasting my time with these jokers.

Yesterday was our second visit to delight ourselves with the delicious made by the chef Fabio Mendoza.
Sushi11 is a traditional japanese restaurant, so please do not expect to find cream cheese around!!
All of the special fish cuts are amazing! Only the best is offered there!
I must say that the highlights are the bluefin tuna, the yellowtail, the eel and the Canadian scallops! Not that the other cuts lack anything but those are the most exquisite ones!

On both times Marcos (the waiter) served us and I can say that he did a tremendous job, his sympathy and the information provided were crucial to make it a fenomenal experience.

As a summary, the location (A concept) is surrounded by luxury, nature and awesome landscape and construction architecture, Sushi11 with Chef Fabio fits perfectly with the environment and Marcos’s services is there to make sure that everything will just fit right.

Definitely worth the visit if you are near by and if you are not! It is a great motivation for you to plan to be around.

We, a family of 5 (kids between 11 and 16) have spent 5 nights here. The location, the super friendly staff, the quality of the food, it all contributed to a great experience and a visit we will not easily forget. Specific positive points were the breakfast, the jet ski adventure, the padel and tennis court and the luxury fitness. Definitely recommend this hotel!
