User:The Impersonator Account

This account is used as a merge target for impersonator accounts. Once an impersonator account has been discovered and blocked, it should be merged into this one. There are two kinds of impersonator accounts:

1. Impersonations of established users, such as impersonating Example with an account called "ExampIe" (note that the lowercase "L" has been replaced with an uppercase "i", something hard to see in the default page font). These impersonations shouldn't be instantly blocked on principle (maybe some hapless newbie was trying to get around a name being taken), but they are almost certain to quickly do things that deserve being permanently blocked.
2. Impersonations of users that do not have an account here. For example, Bowser makes an account in Mario's name and proceeds to build up a bad reputation, which bites Mario in the butt if he shows up later. This is harder to detect but often not much more of a problem.
