Inside the cavern the minigame takes place in, there is a quake, followed by the five crystals falling into the cavern. Several shafts of light appear, and the players fall into the cavern from above.

Gameplay[edit]

The players must try to collect the crystals. There are five crystals total: Four are in each corner, and the other one is near the center of the screen. Each crystal has a small star inside it, and it also has its own unique color: One is blue, one is yellow, one is red, one is green, and the last one is sky blue. The players can jump on, ground-pound, punch, and kick each other to steal crystals from them. Another way to lose crystals is to touch an icicle. Icicles randomly fall from above and stay on the ground. Upon making contact with them, the player drops all of their crystals. After 45 seconds, the player who managed to obtain and keep the most crystals is the winner. If two or more players have the same number of crystals, all those players win. If no one has collected any crystals or everyone has only one, the minigame ends in a draw.

Ending[edit]

The players are lined up in the center of the room. Winning players do their winning animations while losing players do their losing animations.
