Just got this today. I'm really excited to start it.
I felt like Hillary was sitting next to me talking it all through.
I have decided to re read this trilogy for #bannedbookweek
3 stars. I was disappointed. I love Cecelia. This book was totally meh until the last part. It finished really strong but I would have dnfed if it was not a book club read.
The writing is gorgeous. There are characters you will adore and wish they were real. Thete are characters you will despise and feel sick because they are way too real. Nana will break your heart. There is no tight neat bow at the end, but it fits this book perfectly.
My #botm for July. I am excited for it. I also picked The Child by Fiona Barton and Final Girls by Riley Sager. #bookofthemonth
Stop everything and read this book. Fredrik can make you cry and laugh on the same page over and over.
A fictional book about the Queen of England accidentlly falling in love with reading. This is a YA novella. The writing is engaging. A great story about how reading can change your life, no matter who you are.
I related to Cath so much. I loved the book within a book aspect. Beautiful writing, awesome characters, great story.
