Women are said to be the backbone of our economy and community. They play a vital role in every aspect and the world recognizes that women’s rights are human rights. When it comes to women’s #health , there are numerous health ailments that affect #women mentally as well as physically. Nowadays, technology is evolving with new inventions that take amazing steps to balance our gender disparities. The latest one introduced is Femtech, this invention focuses explicitly on women’s issues and major problems they are facing related to their reproductive health. Most of the time, they felt embarrassed while sharing their personal health issues with specialists. The #femtech platform encourages women to come over it and get vital solutions to their #heath problems. The upcoming future of Femtech companies is going to be very bright in the coming days as there are hundreds of startups coming on the way. The first time I went to the Microsoft office in Seattle to visit Chief #Accessibility Officer, Jenny Lay-Flurrie and Neil Barnett, I was absolutely amazed to meet individuals with intellectual disabilities as the friendly dining-hall staff members. It demonstrated that they truly do walk the walk. A year later, when I watched this video for the first time, I was in tears because after so long of hiding my differences, I felt seen. 🥹 What their actions symbolized to me was: We see you. You have value. You have strengths in what you think and what you say. You have so much to give the world. I saw that they cared enough to share my story. Mentra's partnership with Microsoft is more than ticking the box. They are hiring neurodivergents across #customerservice to #tech roles, and have representation of people with #disabilities #PWD at every corner of the company including #executives in leadership positions. It isn't just marketing, affirmation that #neurodiversity is worth it. That what we’re building IS worth it. Because for so long we’ve lived in a world that told us we aren’t a “good fit” for the workplace. But when you feel celebrated for those differences, it changes how you see yourself, and what you're capable of. Thank you, Microsoft for seeing the value in what neurodivergents can bring to your workplace, in working with Mentra to demonstrate the value we bring to society. 

The app pitched called “SafeSpace” would have extraordinary technology and would be the first app that openly and satisfactorily focuse on health problems confronting queer and transgender people. This facilitates access to medical services to all individuals in their vicinity with lists of trans-friendly healthcare providers accessed through SafeSpace. It is through SafeSpace that the queer and trans people can have a say over their own healthcare.
