As I get back from Workday’s Sales Kick Off, not only was it the best company event I’ve been to in my career, underlying the emphasis Workday puts on its employees and on having fun, but I came away with two major thoughts: If you are a leader at a company approaching a renewal of your HR or Financial systems, even in 2026, Workday is a technology, but more importantly, a business partner worth investigating this Spring and Summer.
