Share an email to wish them on their work anniversary with some good pictures & moments to remember. People will feel encouraged and excited to see. Share key achievements(Growth/Business impacts/Key Initiatives) of long tenured employee to all. This encourages the employee to go for more and others will start trying. As I get back from Workday’s Sales Kick Off, not only was it the best company event I’ve been to in my career, underlying the emphasis Workday puts on its employees and on having fun, but I came away with two major thoughts: If you are a leader at a company approaching a renewal of your HR or Financial systems, even in 2026, Workday is a technology, but more importantly, a business partner worth investigating this Spring and Summer. Secondly, there isn’t a company that should feel too small or too complex to consider a partnership. We are making it easy and simple to invest in the partnership #workday
