Earlier this week we started sharing more details about Baseline with some of the founders who applied for membership. While we're not yet officially open, we have started to onboard a small number of startups as members. We think of Baseline as a community first and a workspace second, so this first cohort of members will play an important role in helping us set the cultural tone of the community. We believe that startups are a series of increasingly complex experiments, and that persistent iterations lead to more successful outcomes than following a programme. We also believe that founders benefit from being in a community and workspace where they're surrounded only by peers at a similar stage of development, rather than by employees of late-stage/multinational companies or other traditional businesses. As such, Baseline isn’t an incubator, accelerator, or traditional co-working. Our members benefit from: • Access to a local and international peer network of ambitious, like-minded founders • Regular events, workshops, and gatherings for learning and building important relatships • Over €1M in deals and discounts on essential startup tools and services • 24/7 access to our workspace in Dublin's Liberties • Flexible areas for focused work and team collaboration If you’ve already applied and you’d like to be included in the launch intake, send us an email: members@baseline.community.
