Merchant Partnership, Senior Executive (Chinese speaker) - 4.2k - Develop and execute a strategic plan for merchant partnership acquisition and retention that aligns with company’s overall goals. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard new merchant partners to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams. - Organize meeting and conduct presentation to potential merchant partners. - Guide and assist merchants on onboarding process. - Provide training to new merchant on portal & dashboard. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and proactively identify new partnership opportunities. - Develop and build relationships with merchants to understand their needs and expectations. - Collaborate with merchants to optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify new opportunities. - Responsible for merchant supports including: a. Sales & Marketing Supports b. Product/SKU Management Supports c. Promotion Supports d. Sales Supports e. Order Fulfilment Supports f. After Sales Supports g. Merchant Payment Settlement h.
