Developers are resistant to user feedback in UX design. Are you ready to change their perspective?
Try having empathy for developers. Suggested action: Perform an empathy map for your developers. Better understand that they see, hear, feel, think, and say. This will give you empathy as to why they are hesitant or resistant to user feedback. Result: This will help you empathize with them so that you can explain the importance of your work in a way that it connects to what is important to them. Empathy should move in every direction between designers, developers, users, sales, and business stakeholders. It will align everyone in this equation.

If you have a set of problem statements based on prior user research and opportunities you can look at competitive and comparable examples to draw inspiration. See how others have solved similar problems. Create low-fidelity prototypes to test and iterate upon in the next step.

Your product design needs to blend creativity and market insights. How do you ensure a harmonious balance?
Create a mix of quant and qual research based on the user journey and any assumptions you have around goals, drivers, and pain points. For qual conduct 6-7 user interviews per role. For the quant run a survey and identify problems and if they are important enough that people are willing to pay for a solution. Utilize both of these to create a picture of the user journey and opportunities your application can fill.

How can you effectively communicate the rationale behind your design decisions to skeptical stakeholders?
Value is the love language of your stakeholders. You must speak to what they value the most. Presenting design is like sales - you must align your work with what they care about, what pain it solves, and how it improves these stakeholders' lives. 9 out of 10 times this involves attaching the right data to your design decisions. If you don't have the data, back and go get it.
