No hay que buscar frases rebuscadas o complejas - Y sobre todo evitar dobles interpretaciones. En particular en castellano muchas construcciones gramaticales pueden interpretarse de manera ambigua, para eso lo mejor es evitar esas dobles interpretaciones. Igualmente en caso de que el receptor del mensaje no tenga claro su significado, debe preguntarlo inmediatamente.

Por último sería trabajar en mantener el enfoque en nuestras comunicaciones, considerando todos los factores de la situación, pero evitando que nos desvíen del objetivo principal.
