book that focusses on words that just start with the long A or short A sounds. Good introduction to sounds for young children.

Very cute and short. Amusing to children while expanding their vocabulary by leaps and bounds. If you're a parent you'll want to hide this book at least twice a week. It is tiring after about the fiftieth time you reading it to your kids. Have a great time reading anyhow. ( )

My son enjoyed this book when he was a toddler. Some ants provide most of the action in this book which showcases words beginning with the letter A. ( )

Ants are advancing across many A words, but why? There is an anteater at the anthill, which they attack when they get there. Good for talking about A sounds and alliteration. ( )
