My god, they are both terrible! And the tropes! So many tropes! It’s terrible and I love it. ( )

This series flattens out as the creator keeps falling back on tropes instead of making an original story: Christmas, Valentine's Day, White Day, romantic rival, and a field trip. Well, since they are grown-ups, the field trip is actually an overnight journey to a professional seminar, but everything else about their relationship is pure high school.

There is an attempt to change the status quo early on, but it doesn't come to much. I can see this falling off my radar soon if something substantial doesn't happen in the next volume. ( )
