A lost opportunity to understand and know more about one of the most loved driver in F1.
Have read in few places (on internet) that the Finnish version of the book is great probably the message was lost in translation. The English version is not that great :-(
Very little peak into the drivers mind and his world. ( )

I don't know, it's more about drinking as the main past time in Finland; or that's what I seemed to get out of it. The parts about Kimi's passion for speed(more correctly controlling his car at speed) was about the Kimi the great G.P. racer. Yep, he is a RACER, not just a driver. When the author gets around to Kimi's racing attitude, his actions and feelings about and in the car it sounds more like the Kimi I picture in my mind. You know, the guy leading the race, when his engineer comes on the radio with instructions about what Kimi should be doing. And Kimi comes back with "leave me alone, I know what I'm doing". Indeed he does! A former world champion and a winner of many races he won through determination and talent alone. Also a master of quick come backs, as quoted in the back of the book. My favorite being, when asked 'what can you do in Finland?" Kimi responded with "Well, in summer you can fish and fuck, but in winter the fishing isn't so good" That's Kimi in a nutshell, the man who first spoke at age three, doesn't say much, but when he speaks it is to the point and straight forward.
