In the popular book, Mr. Cooper is Super, Mr. Granite finally retires from teaching after about 60 years and is replaced with Mr. Cooper. Mr. Cooper is a goofy, energetic guy that teaches his students by making his lessons come to life. To teach them about superheroes he dresses up as one or when he teaches them about volcanoes he dresses up as lava! The kids are very indifferent about Mr. Copper, but one day, when the school needs a real super hero, Mr. Cooper uses his fearless and crazy personality to save the day! ( )

Mr. Granite ( He is an alien,) got taken away and went back to his home planet! So now who can teach third grade? Mr. Cooper can! (Of course it's Mr. Cooper, why else would the book be called "Mr. Cooper is super" instead of"Mrs. Hooky is kooky" or some thing like that.)
I like this book because it is nothing but hilarious. I really enjoy the characters and the plot I find to be very fascinating. Also I would say the illustrations pair perfectly with the writing. ( )
