I read this in late 2015 and it gave me really valuable ideas like the compact calendar (http://davidseah.com/node/compact-calendar/), as well as encouraging a bigger push into quantified self. This time, I spent a bit more time on it and found the 'life areas' to contain some really incisive questions. The idea to use a Likert scale Google Form to rate areas that don't easily lend themselves to direct data was also an intriguing one.
