Well Bite Me Twice

I never really been into werewolf books, I have mainly read vampire books, but this was definitely an exceptional book about werewolves. If you are into this type of genre then I would suggest that you do not pass this book up because it was fantastic. It was definitely a different type of read for me, but what I really enjoyed about this book was the love that the two main characters in the book had for one another. Pick it up and read it you won't be sorry you did!

Royal Surprise is the 4th book in the Royal Bastards MC: Nashville, TN chapter by Morgan Jane Mitchell. This series introduced me to Morgan and man can she write. She has this way of making you love to hate the characters. Like I love to hate Kingpin. There are so many things I wish would happen to him. If you haven't read Royal Road this book might make you a bit lost. It begins from the cliffhanger in Royal Road so I suggest you read that book first.
This book is about Kingpin and Sky after they are married and she is pregnant with twins. Their relationship is built on lies and mistrust and I don't know how they stand it. The babies Sky is having might not be Kingpin's and she was honest with him and told him. He said he would claim them as his he didn't care but now he has nothing but mistrust for Sky and it's hurting them. Sky isn't dumb and her eyes are open. She knows Kingpin is lying to her about things. This story is told through three P.O.V.s, Kingpin, Sky, and Eve. Eve and Hallow are not together anymore after Eve stood him up at the altar and ended up pitting two clubs against each other for it. Eve comes back to try and get Hallow back but he takes great joy in causing her pain. This book and the couples problems end the book still unknown. I just want Sky to get smart and take care of herself cause Kingpin is going to mess her up.
I gave this book a 4 star rating because of how the men in the club frustrate me acting like teenagers that act with teenage hormones. And the hurt those men cause on women that love them. I also gave this book a 4 star spicy reading. When you have steamy scenes and Kingpin's involved you know it's going to get hot. I can't wait for the rest of the books to come out so I can see how things turn out. I want to know so badly. Will Sky and Eve get the love they deserve in life? With Kingpin and Hallow stop acting like teenagers? We shall see I guess. I definitely recommend this book for MC lovers and I will warn you parts of it are triggers but it's part of the story and the characters.

Vampires have always been my supernatural character of choice. Ever since I read Bunnicula as a child and then continuing on with Buffy the Vampire Slayer, I have been hooked. After the the finish of the Sookie Stackhouse novels, I have been searching for a new vampire series to sink my teeth into and Sanguis City is the perfect type!

I read both prequels before starting the actual novel and they really piqued my interest . They both have beautiful covers, check them out!! Also they are currently free on AMAZON: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias=aps&field-keywords... city

Noir is a bleeder who lives quite a good life in the vampire world. She has the fangs but is able to work during the day. Her kind is in high demand in Sanguis City and she gets to live a pretty stable life because of it. Except she falls in love with an older vampire, as a character she is sort of a mess which made me enjoy her even more. She runs from crazy situation to yet another disaster. Her story kept me guessing and in suspense a good portion of the time.

I would recommend this book to all vampire lovers and any adult paranormal readers.
