Horus, t. 01 by Johane Matte
I have been a huge fan of Johane Matte's work from the day I met her almost 20 years ago. Horus brings to light all of her favorite influences (from Egyptian life through animated movies through slapstick french BD) into a beautifully packaged product.

Having seen this story evolve over the years (and in English!), it was really great to see it finally rendered in color.

Anyone purchasing this tome will definitely not be disappointed. Johane's characters and stories have an appeal beyond language!… (more)
