Just like the title suggests, "Together Again" is a lovely story about a little boy named Elliot who is overjoyed about a visit from his stepsister Lucy. His excitement leads him to wake up too early on the day of the visit. Will he be able to stay energetic until Lucy actually reaches? Read the book to find out.

I adored the book, no two ways about it. I loved Elliott's antics, I adored his excitement at seeing his stepsister, I loved how the book doesn't make a fuss about the "step" part instead ensuring that the focus stays on being one family. It was also wonderful to see how his mother dealt with his hyperactivity and early rising with her cool ideas. I also liked the tips section at the end that show parents and guardians how to deal with children when they are too excited.

The illustrations are very simple line sketches yet magical. They bring the story to life with their cuteness.

This would be a must-read for all little readers.

A cat walks into Olive's life unexpectedly. They soon bond and become best friends. However, one fine day, the cat goes missing. This book is about what happens next.

The story is really cute and filled with understanding. Children will love the moral and the illustrations.

I also liked the tips provided at the end of the book to parents and guardians on how to recognise sadness in children.

A worthwhile read for early readers.

Together Again: A Story About Joy is a positive book with sweet illustrations by Kochka.

If you want a book full of pure love and positivity, this book is it. Little Elliott can't wait to see his half sister Lucy. This book is so wholesome and sweet it will give you a cavity. It's everything we need in a sometimes too negative world. Elliott's thrills and excitement is over the top and amazing. It reminds me of the pure joy, anticipation and innocence of childhood.

The illustration style is unique and not something I've seen a lot of. I really liked the cartoon-y style with short bursts of colour. I'd like to see more books like this! The book definitely stood out in that regards.

Three out of five stars.

This story hurts so much - it's a story about loss and about cats! What happens when you find a cat and love it and want to keep it... but it already has a home?!

This is a great way to help introduce loss to kids. Kochka's books have been a great way to bring up the topic of emotions in a kid friendly way. I can respect that! On top of that, the illustrations are always fun to look at.

Three out of five stars.
