An intriguing and very readable exposition of God in the context of nature and natural science. Although Mr. Flew came to see God as logically indispensable in any rational accounting for creation and human consciousness, he excludes any reference to the possibility of personal experience with God. His argument thus remains steadfastly confined to the relatively abstract. The possibility of God as a spiritual phenomenon in the world is never entertained.
