4 stars. if I had read it before joining a scaling company.
Reading it now just looks like a description of my daily job. Experimenting is second nature.
It's a bit like reading "Lean Startup" when you already joined a startup.
Still contains good prescription and advice.
Most valuable are the examples and insights from the author personal experience.
But as usual, the book could do without the cliché quoting of Kahneman, Arieli, iPod 1000 songs in your pocket, Walmart big data mistake with the pregnant teen, etc.... No need to reuse those examples in every business books, please :(
