Current Solicitations:

House Food Service Operations - OAM25008S:

The House of Representatives is looking for a variety of vendors including but not limited to local, regional, and national restaurants, caterers, and vending service providers to meet the food service needs of the House. Below a Request for Proposal (RFP) and supporting documents are attached, which outline the food service opportunities available. You can bid on one, some, or all locations, depending on your interest and capabilities. 

After the RFP is posted, a pre-proposal conference will held on November 13th. This will be a great chance to learn more about our expectations and ask any questions. Additionally, site walk(s) will be held on November 19th through November 21st, allowing vendors to tour our campus and food service facilities. Please make sure to sign up for both the pre-proposal conference and site walk using the links above.

Proposals are due no later than Friday, January 31, 2025, at 2:00PM EST, unless changed by an Amendment to the solicitation. Offerors should complete all applicable fields that are on page 1 of the RFP document and submit all other required information as outlined in the RFP.
