Vanessa Sheets lives in northern Illinois with her husband, five children, grandson and mom, aka Da Homma. Three very mischievous cats run her house, day and night. She grew up in Durand, Illinois with cornfield lined roads. At the age of sixteen, she welcomed the arrival of her first son and went on to get her GED when she was eighteen. Summer is her favorite season because she loves to be outside and active. She enjoys creating, gardening, and cooking or anything that will keep her hands and mind busy. Her weaknesses are crème brûlée, crab legs, and filet mignon. Her days start off with coffee and end with binging her favorite shows. She loves to sing but can’t dance. At all.
