Hello Lee,
Thank you for your question. I apologise for taking so long to answer, but I just hadn't noticed it was there - terribly sorry.
I find WWII to be a fascinating era, one with immense historical significance. It not only offers an intricate background for exploring people's struggles, sacrifices, resilience, and the complexities of human behaviour and relationships, but the consequences of the war are stillbeing felt today after all these decades. On the other hand, as a Romance writer, I can't think of a better setting for my books than Paris. The city's unique architecture, history, and culture provide the ideal setting for a romantic adventure. Now, the two can be mixed to produce profound, tumultuous and colourful histories with a strong cinematic feel, bringing the past to life for readers while leaving them with a taste of fairytale.
I hope that answers your question. Please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have and I'd love to know your thoughts about my books.
Cheers!

Separately or/and combined these will usually do the trick. If they don't, then I think that maybe I'm not yet ready for this story, so I start something new or resume an older project. When the time is right, it'll come to me! That's also a reason why my books take so long to complete. I never push myself into writing. Writing pushes itself into me.(less)
