I am reading this now and have to agree with you. I can't decide if I am gonna ditch it or not but the only reason I want to keep reading is to find out what is wrong with him.

Really, it's the most cliche thing you can think of, you could guess without reading further.

(view spoiler) Does the story get emotional once he tells her what is wrong with him? How much do I have to wait for the story to get emotional? I am seriously thinking of ditching it. I just can't connect to it plus I feel like it is just like every other book.
you guessed right and it does not get emotional. I didn't cry or even felt some connection or sorrow. And then there is stupid HEA that was totally lame. If it is not for you ditch it and read Two Roads by Lm Augustine, I loved it!
I am ditching it. Thanks for telling me I was curious. The story is just so predictable. I might have stayed with it had it gotten emotional but since it doesn't then I won't. I will check out the book your recommended I love rec's. There is actually a new book that came out today that I am dying to read it is called Good.

I'd love to see what you will think. Maybe you'll like it more than me.
