Night Blooming by Victoria Wren is a gothic horror novel set in a secluded farmhouse. The story revolves around Marianne Fox, who is struggling to cope with grief and the mysterious presence of a neighboring mansion. As Marianne delves deeper into the mansion's secrets, she uncovers a dark history and a sinister force that threatens her own safety.

The novel explores themes of loss, isolation, and the supernatural, with a focus on creating a chilling and atmospheric setting.

I found it to be a bit predictable, but I'm also pretty good at guessing twists in books. This was overall a good read, and I'd be interested to see if there is a series.
