I LOVED IT! Alden is one of those authors brave enough to really go there. I enjoyed every word of this angsty story. Oh, and the grovel…. SO GOOD. Alden is one of my one-click authors for sure.

Spot on and awesome review! This story was SO GOOD! She's becoming my one click author too. I have to go back and catch up on all of her other stories now. I'm WAY behind. xx

@Nikki I’m so glad you liked it too. It bothers me that people are bashing this author and wanting to kick her books off Goodreads. I don’t think she’s a misogynist at all, I just think she’s brave for writing these angsty stories!
These chicks only want safety stories written, and it's ridiculous. I'm to the point that I'm pretty much over the safety stories. They are boring AF. I'd much rather have a story that gives me all the angsty feels, rage from an evil OW causing drama, and if there's some soap opera type of drama-I'm in heaven! I applaud authors like Maya who aren't afraid to go against the rabid trigger chicks who cry when anything they don't like is written. The trigger chick mentality is outrageous and entitled. They should move on and read those grade school books that are fluffy and unrealistic, and avoid the stories that they are too delicate to read.
@Nikki I 💯 percent agree with everything you said. I am not for censorship of any sort. If they don’t like it they should heed the TW’s.
