Enemies to lovers, forced proximity, that's basically my favorite combination. I was as excited about the tropes as Thatch and Cap.

Katy's a straight-laced, definitely a rule follower, and maybe even a little neurotic about being very straight A. She's also a math teacher, has little free time, friends, or fun in her life.
She straight up despises Mack Houston, the music teacher next classroom, he's the exact opposite of her, they are like oil and water.
So what if Katy arrives at her rented condo for a little week-long getaway and said condo is double-booked, by none other than Mack?
Well, once they get to know each other a little better Katy has to realize that maybe it wasn't hate sizzling between them after all.

I really didn't care much about Katy but I learned to like her better and better as she let loose a little.
As for Mack, he was your typical easy-going, charming man child who's just too good to be true. He seemed a little immature at the beginning, but really stepped up his game.
