Find You in the Dark (Find You in the Dark, #1)

Though I like the concept of this book, I just didn't connect with it like I wanted to. I think the main problem I had was Maggie just started to get on my nerves. I understand she's only 17, but the constant enabling and excuses, even when she knew things were really bad, drove me nuts. It was hard for me to relate to her. I felt bad for Clay but he was also hard to really like because of the things he said and how he acted for most of the book. I know he was dealing with some serious issues but I still have a hard time liking a character who was so emotionally and verbally abusive. On a positive note, I thought Walters did a good job showing what it's like for someone struggling with Bipolar disorder and shed some light on mental illness. So even though there were some sweet moments in this book and parts I liked, I just didn't love it.

I'm on chapter 5 and so far I like it. I like Maggie a lot and I'm interested to learn more about Clay.
