First book I finished in 2024 and it was as amazing as I remember. I just love the way he loved her.

I decided to re-read this (3rd time) because I've been reading some books lately, and most of them were 2 stars, so I wanted to check if the books are bad or if I'm in a bad mood, and I can say that it's the books. I loved this. Maybe even more than the first time. I could see some subtle hints that I missed the last time I've read this. And, again, I found both characters very relatable and seeing their HEA made me really happy. I just loved Sebastian and the way he loved Sara. One of the best books I've read.

1st read
I was planning to listen to an hour, maybe two, when I started this book but I ended up finishing it in one sitting.

I liked both characters and I saw myself in both of them, especially Sara. I too have to limit my interactions with people and I need my alone time to recharge. I don't like going to social gatherings overall, but especially when food is involved (she had a food disorder and I'm vegan. There's a big difference because I choose this and she didn't chose her disorder, but I still felt her struggle with picking food and having to explain it to people only for most of them to tell you that it's stupid or make fun of you). And the things she said about friends, I could relate. I don't think I ever saw myself in a character as much as I did in Sara. Also, Sebastian's feelings about love were very relatable. That scene on their last session with therapist broke my heart a little. I liked seeing some of my feelings, struggles and insecurities in these characters. And I loved seeing them finding a person who understood, accepted and loved them with all the good and bad.

But other than that, I loved the enemies to lovers aspect. There were some scenes that made me laugh out loud. And the sex scenes were hot.

Overall an amazing story. The narrators were good, even though the male one could've read with a little more feeling. But, as I said, the whole experience was great.
