I want to like this, because it's positive and simple but I also hate it, because it's generic pablum.

Wes Martin I loved Lencioni when I was younger and remain grateful for the influence he’s had on me. And yet, I now find his leadership advice overly simplistic and anecdotal.

Beth Melillo Yes. I still find his storytelling very compelling, even in this non-fable. He has such a practiced communication style and way of delivery. I dont find it false, even tho its not nuanced enough.
