it was amazing
bookshelves: graphic-novel, anthologies, superheroes, lgbt, social-issues

With every turn of the page, I cried. I also smiled. Deep in my core I felt all my emotions running amok. Each page a different story, each one just as powerful.

Heartbreaking tales, beautiful tales.
My heart goes out to those who's light was stolen from them.
My heart goes out to those who lost loved ones.
My heart goes out to those who survived that night.
My heart goes out to those who have to hide.
My heart goes out to those who live in fear.

I hope for a day like in the Superboy strip, a day when we all can finally live and love.
We need to end hate and fear.

Love is love, love is love, love is love, love is love is love....

Hate is taught....we are not born evil.

Thank you David. It is a powerful comic. I actually had to take breaks from reading it, because it hurt so much to feel all that emotion. I can only imagine, I remember when this happened, hearing the stories from those who survived. And I just don't get it, I don't get the hate. I just..I'm literally in tears typing this reply thinking about it.
