Even though I'm not the biggest fan of the trilogy it got better with each book. And then there's SoC of course, which is a masterpiece.

yes! I experimented by reading SOC and then TGT which made me see just how the graph went down and then came up.
Infact the growth is highest itself between SOC and CK! Like if SOC was solid 5 , CK is absolute 15! What a masterpiece forever earning its place in my top 10!

I actually liked SOC a lot more than CK, to be honest. But I've never seen a writer grow this much in front of my eyes, it's true.

Ah , for me its conflicted bc SOC was a bit slow (also I was in a horrible slump thenbut SOC threw it out of the window)? To each their own I guess.

I wasn't too happy with what happened to a certain crow - we're talking THE major spoiler. Not because of obvious reasons and mostly because I thought it was unnecessary and unrealistic. And there were a few other minor details that bothered me.

Ah yeah...that did bother me in a way too but oh well..still one of the best book out there. Well maybe rereading it may change things for me too who knows?
