2019 ended up being one of the most important years of my life, not that I expected otherwise, but it brought a pleasant change—being done with Konkur2019 ended up being one of the most important years of my life, not that I expected otherwise, but it brought a pleasant change—being done with Konkur (the Iranian entrance exam, it's a beast), starting computer science studies at the university, moving and getting used to dorm life, etc. I started this year uncertain and lacking energy and drive while content, but I ended it determined and full of purpose, and still content.
Reading-wise, though, 2019 wasn't as great as I wanted it to be—turns out all that was going in my personal life did not leave much time for reading or writing reviews *shrugs* I had to change my challenge of 200 books to 100 during the summer, unfortunately, and I didn't set on my journey to Middle-Earth. But it's okay, I think, the self exploration and my character development was worth the slow pace; I prefer it like this anyway :)
