Tears begin the story but there are so many wonderful emotions from the club family, their blood family, and so much more. I loved the story so much. This is a great, short PNR story that will make you fall for the people and love the possibilities. The not-so-nice guy just may be sorry he was so rude to Amy.

Permanent relationships weren't something he wanted or would let in his life. The club was his life and family. When he was told to be protector to the woman and her son he'd do it. He wouldn't let the feelings make a difference. It was hard to do when they were constantly together. Their fear and history of abuse ate at him.
She didn't want another strong, dangerous man in their lives, and fighting her feelings was another battle to wage.
I loved this story. The three needed each other even if they didn't realize it. Watching them all come together I shared with a reading buddy and we both needed tissues.
Danger and enemies try to hurt the and the club. Will they succeed?
The series is amazing and the book is unforgettable. Don't miss this touching story with characters supporting each other and lives changing....more

LA Defiance MC is strong with the strongest members and family. The book has everything, loyal brothers and officers, strong hot ol'ladies and even kids, powerful enemies, and some disloyalty that rears its ugly head. You'll laugh, cry, and open your mouth in shock. Get prepared for it all.
I love or hate every single character. There is no soft feeling, love 'em strong or hate 'em hard. Lots of chemistry and steam. Loki and Bea were kids when their feelings started. A tragedy tore them apart until an emergency brought them together again. Will it give them another chance?
The MC isn't one to create problems—unless--you hurt or go against the club and family. Not a good idea as you will find out.
I love the whole series and I strongly recommend you read them all, however, it isn't necessary this can stand alone....more

It isn't easy to review a book as good as this one. The TEAM is a secret group taking on dangerous missions, some with the government's approval or even request. Other jobs are private. They are almost exclusively former military personnel with the highest skills.
On a rescue mission, they find Marlow tortured and cannot leave her behind even with the danger and time constraints. She isn't the easiest person after all the people who have betrayed her from childhood.
It takes time and the caring patience of the TEAM family, including the women and children, k9 puppies, and partners. Asher hadn't planned to add love to his life as had so many teammates. You know what they say about the best-laid plans. Every page will stir your emotions (bring tissues). Romance, steam, danger, and so much more. As always the author gives fans a wonderful experience....more

The author is new to me, however, I'll be reading more. I absolutely loved this one. Everyone needs a Flynn. I'm a K9 fan and along with our Blue Line heroes and teachers with other wonderful characters, murder to solve, and a touching romance it checks all the boxes.
A good deed for her school and class puts Tia in an uncomfortable situation. She wins a ride-along with a police officer. A past makes it painful, but she talks herself up into going. Little did she know the officer would be a detective she'd known and crushed on when they were in high school. The simple ride-along turns into a murder scene.
The story grabbed and held onto me from page one. Flynn, the K9, plays a major role and is a star. Enjoy. I'm going to find some more books by Nonna Henry....more

There is action, secrets, steam (lots of steam), great characters new and known, and magic. A story you won't be able to put down. An enemy stalks the sisters using magic and his own army of evil. It isn't a long story but it will keep you turning pages until those dreadful words THE END.
