This was so beautiful. A short story told in the form of poetry and prose. A beautiful dark fairy tale of a story. I don'r read many poems and this made me want to pick them up. I thoroughly enjoyed this story of a girl and a wold.
It was full of melancholy and quiet sad. The comparing of men to wolves in the top quote resonated with me so much as did the author saying, she wasn't sheep enough to be a sheep and too much of sheep to be a wolf. But most of all the yearning and want spoke to me. She really wanted him to look at her, really see her and accept her, but she also knew he could never do just that.
Wolves aren’t allowed to gaze at the Sun, they are loyal to the Moon, but my lunar beast was different... And I was a fool.
This was a tragic love story from beginning to end and it was a privileged to read it. Thanks to a twitter giveaway from the author I got some really good books to read. I can't wait to read the rest.

What a book to start my Epic Reads challenge with. I never, ever, ever though it'd be this bloody. So much death. My goodness Saga is getting interesting. Even though I will never rate this anything less than a 5 because it was the first comic book I ever picked up. It was the first story to introduce me to the comic book world I was getting scared. The last volume seemed like a filler BUT this one made up for that. It made up for it so much. I love this series.
