This book is about an "army" who basically take over...they assassinate the president and kill the whole government and slowly begin making new rules for people and especially women.
The book was a little confusing at first for me but then I noticed that it was telling a story of the before the rebellion and after the rebellion. I wondered how it was going to end and well it was a short read but I would have been happy with 100 more pages. Read this book you will not be disappointed 5 stars from me!!!...more

This story is about Min who is " murdered" every two years on her birthday by the same man who is dressed in black but the next day she wakes up in the woods like nothing ever happened. This book is told in two different perspectives one being Min and the other one being Noah.
I enjoyed most of the book but I guess getting towards the end the book left me with a lot more questions and even a little frustrated. There was so much going on and no answers. I knew there was going to be a second book but I didn't think this book would end or even have the kind of twist that if had.
