Donna McDonald has written an entertaining saga based on what happened before the Switching Hour by Peterman. Do not really have to read Switching Hour before this it will just give you some background on characters from that novel. Head witch Jezibaba travels to oversee two girls that are destined to replace her in the future. She goes because threats have been made on these girls Carol and Hildy. Arriving at the school the girls attend, Jezibaba meets Professor Damien Smoke or as she refers to him Professor Hottie!!! It's a paranormal romance, with cute and funny narrative and an amazing plot. Twists and turns make this a quick but quite enjoyable read. Can't wait for more in the Magic and Mayhem World!!!!
