A lovely sunny day in Newhaven, a former fishing village on the Firth of Forth, which is now a part of Leith in the City of Edinburgh. I live about 500m from where I took this.
In the background, from left to right, you can see Granton, which has its own lovely harbour, then the three bridges over the Forth at Queensferry, the Ochil Hills up towards Stirling, and finally, in all its glory, the Kingdom of Fife on the other side of the firth.

Lovely. One of the many things I miss because of having to shield is the sea... I ordinarily miss it anyway, but I haven't been able to go home for 10 months now, sigh.
