- Synopsis
- A respectable citizen is murdered in Naples. Judge Spiccaci, in charge of the investigation, discovers that the victim, a man of harmless appearance, belonged to a vast criminal organization that dominates Naples. The strong pressures that Spiccaci suffers from important personalities from the world of politics and aristocracy, involved in the case, and even from the victim's relatives, are about to make him give in. However, after the unexpected death of an innocent person, he is convinced that he must get to the bottom of the investigation, even if it means prosecuting the entire city.
