Ripple Field (3)[conjectural title] is a stage theme from Kirby's Dream Land 3 that was composed by Jun Ishikawa. This is the third theme that originated from the Ripple Field level in said game.

Composition[edit]

Ripple Field (3) is a theme that is in the G mixolydian scale. This theme appears to have a rather natural and cave-ish feel to it, and has instrumentation such as wave like sounds and a flute-like instrument.

Game appearances[edit]

Kirby's Dream Land 3[edit]

In this theme's origin game, this theme can be heard in Stage 5 of Ripple Field , along with the third stage of Sand Canyon and the fifth stage of Iceberg.

Kirby: Canvas Curse[edit]

In Kirby: Canvas Curse a techno remix of this theme can be heard in the level Ghost Grounds. It was arranged by the original composer, Jun Ishikawa.[1]

Kirby's Dream Collection: Special Edition[edit]

Aside from being in its origin game, this theme can be heard in the second level of New Challenge Stages, known as Apricot Atrium.

Kirby: Planet Robobot[edit]

The "Ghost Grounds" arrangement from Kirby: Canvas Curse is reused in Resolution Road - Stage 6 EX.
